We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities. At this time, HotTopic ships primarily within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional fees, customs duties, and import taxes may apply based on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes that may be charged by their local authorities. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations and are not controlled by HotTopic.

6. Order Tracking and Notifications

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting customer support at info@hottopic.xyz.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

HotTopic is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. However, we will assist customers in resolving any shipping issues.

  • If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be held until all items are available.
